Python ile Restorant Yönetim Sistemi

Restoranlardaki işletmeler artık sürekli büyüyor. Aynı zamanda, operasyonlarını ve görevlerini yönetme ihtiyacı ortaya çıkıyor. Bu faaliyetleri optimize etmek için en iyi yol da restoran yönetim sistemi. Bugünün nesil özellikle internet üzerinden yüksek teknoloji hizmetleri teşvik eder. Bu nedenle proje, restoran sahiplerinin iş operasyonlarını otomatikleştirmelerine yardımcı olmak için yetkin bir şekilde geliştirilmiştir. Bu proje “Restorant yönetim sistemi“, müşterinin faturasını korumanın en iyi yolunu sunar ve ihtiyaçlarını karşılar. Bu belge, bir restoranda vergi de dahil olmak üzere fatura yönetmek için tüm yazılım gereksinimleri belirtimi hakkında ayrıntılı bilgi sağlar. Restorant yönetim sistemi özellikleri açısından geliştirilebilir, böylece kullanıcı kendi istek ve ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda programı kullanabilir. Bu proje Python ile yazılmış olup, Restaurant Management System olarak pek çok örneği bulunmaktadır. Restorant yönetim sistemini kodlarıyla beraber sizler için paylaşıyoruz.

Bilmeniz Gerekenler

  • Bilgisayarınıza Python3 yüklemeniz gerekir.

Restoran yönetim sistemi, ürünlerin toplam miktarını, garsonun ücretini, vergileri ve toplam tutarı gösterir. Ayrıca, yiyecek ve atıştırmalıkların toplam ücretlerini ayrı ayrı gösterir. Ayrıca ekranın sol tarafına küçük bir hesap makinesi koyduk. Bu, kasiyerin bazı durumlarda daha rahat olmasını sağlar. Sisteme yeni ürünler eklenebilir, ürünlerin adı değiştirilebilir, ürünlerin fiyatları değiştirilebilir, ürünler kaldırılabilir ve servis ücreti ve vergi oranı değiştirilebilir.

Restoran yönetim sistemi ilk açıldığında, şekildeki ekran görüntülenir. Sayfanın sol tarafında bir hesap makinesi var (müşteriler hesabı bölerek ödeme yapmak istiyorsa, kasiyer bu hesap makinesini kullanabilir. Hesap makinesi basit işlem operatörlerine sahiptir). Hesap makinesinin üzerindeki alan, faturanın görüntülendiği yeri ve bazı işlemler için düğmeleri içerir.

Sistem Özellikleri

  • Cost of Snacks: Sipariş edilen atıştırmalıkların toplam miktarının göründüğü alan.
  • Cost of Foods: Gıda siparişlerinin toplam fiyatı bu bölümde gösterilmiştir.
  • Service Charge: Müşterilere yiyecek ve içecek götürmek için çalışan garsonun ücreti.
  • Paid Tax: Bir işi yürütmek ve para kazanmak için devlete verilen kazancın bir kısmı.
  • Sub Total: Toplam içecek, atıştırmalık, yiyecek ve servis ücreti.

  • Exit: Programı güvenli bir şekilde kapatır.

Fonksiyon Bildirimleri

  • def iExit(): Bu işlev programı kapatmanızı sağlar. Tkinter kütüphanesinin messagebox modülünü kullanarak, bir uyarı mesajı ekledik. İleti kutuları kalıcı ve kullanıcının seçimine göre bir alt kümesi döndürür.
  • def Reset(): Bu işlev girilen verileri(içecek, yiyecek ve atıştırmalık sayısı) sıfırlamanızı sağlar.
  • def CostofItem(): Bu fonksiyon ile ürünlerin fiyatlarını alabilir ve toplam fiyatı görebilirsiniz.
  • def Receipt(): Garsonun aldığı siparişi, kaç ürün sipariş edildiğini ve toplam fiyatı görebilirsiniz. Faturada görüntülenmesi gereken bilgileri içerir.
  • Diğerleri: Yukarıdakilere ek olarak, her ürün için bir işlev de tanımlanmıştır. Bu işlevler, programda ürünlerin kendi bilgilerini eşleştirmek için kullanılır. 

Butonlar

  • Total: Bu buton girilen siparişlerin fiyatlarını hesaplar.
  • Receipt: Bu buton sipariş ayrıntılarını gösterir.
  • Reset: Bu buton siparişleri temizler.
  • Exit: Bu buton programı kapatır.
